Privacy Policy & Consent

1. Who we are

SecondAct ("we", "us") is validating a workflow ownership service in Singapore. We operate the waitlist at this website and can be reached at secondact.launch@gmail.com. This page explains how we handle your personal data and the exact consent text you agree to when joining either waitlist.

2. What we collect

Contact details: full name, email, and optional phone number you submit on the waitlist form.
SME signups: company name, role, industry, company size, workflow you are interested in, the recurring work that is falling through the cracks, pilot interest, possible budget, and whether you would like a discovery call.
Operator signups: professional status, age band, experience area, years of experience, preferred workflow, weekly availability, AI confidence rating, willingness to complete onboarding, and a short note on what work would feel meaningful.
Consent record: the consent text you agreed to, its version (currently 2026-06-07), and a timestamp.
Technical: page variant and UTM parameters from the URL you arrived through.

3. How we use it

To send you a confirmation email with your unique signup reference.
To send relevant launch updates and pilot invitations.
To assess workflow demand (SMEs) and operator fit (Operators) for early pilot cohorts.
To improve SecondAct's pilot design based on aggregated responses.

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers against your responses.

4. Where it lives

Submissions are stored in our backend database (Supabase, hosted in Singapore where supported). Confirmation emails are sent from secondact.launch@gmail.com via Google's Gmail service. Access is restricted to the SecondAct team.

5. Your rights (PDPA)

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you can request access to your data, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent, or have it deleted. Email secondact.launch@gmail.com with your signup reference and we will action it within a reasonable time. You can also unsubscribe at any time by replying to any SecondAct email.

6. Retention

We retain waitlist data for as long as it is reasonably useful for validating and operating early pilots, or until you ask us to remove it. If SecondAct decides not to proceed with pilots, we will delete waitlist data within 12 months of that decision.

7. Children

SecondAct is intended for SME decision-makers and experienced professionals. The waitlist is not directed at anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will publish a new consent version on this page. The version stored against your signup reflects the wording you originally agreed to.

By joining the SecondAct SME launch list (v2026-06-07), I agree that:

• SecondAct may contact me at the email and phone number I provide with updates about workflow ownership pilots, discovery calls, and product launch news.
• My responses (including company details, workflow interests, and pain points) will be used to improve SecondAct's pilot design and may be reviewed by the SecondAct team.
• Joining the launch list does not create any employment, service, or paid relationship.
• I can request access, correction, or deletion of my data, or unsubscribe at any time, by writing to secondact.launch@gmail.com.
• My data is handled in line with the SecondAct Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

By joining the SecondAct operator launch list (v2026-06-07), I agree that:

• SecondAct may contact me at the email and phone number I provide with updates about operator onboarding, training opportunities, and early pilot invitations.
• My responses (including experience area, availability, and AI confidence) will be used to assess fit for future operator cohorts and may be reviewed by the SecondAct team.
• Joining the launch list is not a job offer and does not guarantee paid work, placement, or any form of engagement.
• I can request access, correction, or deletion of my data, or unsubscribe at any time, by writing to secondact.launch@gmail.com.
• My data is handled in line with the SecondAct Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
